GENERAL

  • The absolute best way to book with us is by downloading the Indigo Soul Wellness app for Iphone or Android which are powered by Mindbody. You can use the app to purchase classes, sign up for an Indi Membership, book, cancel and reschedule classes. You can also do all that on our website here.

    The best way to try our services is with our generous Intro Passes. For Yoga, Mat and Barre Pilates, you receive unlimited access to Yoga, Mat and Barre classes plus a bonus Infrared Sauna session to use over 14 days.

    For Reformer Pilates you receive 6 Reformer classes to use over 14 days.

  • Main Studio
    46 Shottery Street, Yeronga.

    Our Yoga, Mat & Barre Pilates Studio as well as the location of our Infrared Sauna, Remedial Massage and Wellness Collective appointments. We have a car park at the rear of the building, acceYeronga Village Shopping CentreCorner of Devon St & Fairfield Rdssible from the driveway on the right-hand side of our building. Please only park behind our building (not undercover). There is also street parking. Mats & props, air-con, water and toilets are all available onsite.

    Our Reformer Pilates Studio is a quick, 200m walk around the corner. You can use the Yeronga Village Complex car park. There is also street parking on Devon St and surrounds. Reformer equipment & props, air-con, water and toilets are all available onsite.

  • Any clients of Indigo Soul or the Wellness Collective agree to the following code of conduct:

    We aim to foster a welcoming environment that embraces individuals regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity, race, size, age, or ability.

    All students and staff of Indigo Soul shall be treated with kindness and respect. Discrimination and oppressive conduct of any kind are unacceptable within our community.

    Those who violate these principles will be requested to depart the premises and will be subject to membership termination.

  • We welcome anyone over the age of 16 to attend class without a parent or guardian present. Parental/ guardian consent must be emailed to our office for those who are 16 or 17 years of age.

  • All full-time students and people with concession cards are eligible for 10% off all packs.

  • Firstly, welcome, we are excited to help you start your yoga and/or pilates journey. We are very beginner-friendly and have a range of classes to suit everyone! Our instructors are a talented and supportive bunch. Just let them know you're new to this form of exercise and they will work with you, to ensure you are supported and have a safe place to practise.

    The most important thing is you listen to your body and don't push yourself beyond your limits. Take your time and learn to love the exercise and how it makes you feel.

    You are more than welcome to attend any of our classes as a beginner, but if you are looking for a very gentle way to ease in we recommend starting with any of the following classes:

    • Indi Gentle (Gentle Hatha Yoga)

    • Indi Unwind (Yin Yoga)

    • Indi Restorative (Yoga & mindfulness)

    • Mat Pilates

    • Reformer Foundations (Pilates basics and techniques)

    • Reformer Pilates - our signature offering where you will be given spring/ weight options to choose from

  • For beginners 2-3 classes is a good place to start. If you are addicted like us 5-6 classes per week is ideal We recommend doing a variety of classes on the schedule.

  • Yes you may do one Intro Pass per studio. Only one Intro Pass per studio is permitted. Terms and Conditions apply for non compliance.

    To sign up head to the ‘buy’ section in your app and select ‘autopay’ for our weekly direct debit memberships. All other packs can be found under their respective categories.

  • 1. To get familiar with the studio, meet your instructor and get the run down on props (and reformer machines), please plan to arrive 10 minutes early to your first class.

    2. Please ensure your mobile phone is turned to silent to ensure it doesn't interrupt your practice or anyone else's.

    3. Shoes and any belongings you do not want to take with you into the Moonstone Studio (Main Studio) can be left at the shoe rack and lockers at the top of the stairs. The reception is either staffed or locked at all times to ensure the safety of your belongings.

    4. Your belongings at the Reformer Studio can be taken to your reformer station and your shoes popped on the shoe rack at the entry.

    5. Our teachers are there to support you through all your classes. They will provide levels through the class, choose the level that feels right for you each class.

    6. We require you to inform the instructors of injuries and pregnancy, to ensure we can accommodate you.

    7. Please do not wear strong perfumes to class and if you are unwell please use common sense.

  • Reformer Pilates

    • Grip socks (we have them available for purchase if you do not have any)

    • Water bottle - drinking water is provided

    • Sweat towel if needed.

    Yoga, Mat and Barre Pilates

    • Water bottle - drinking water is provided

    • Sweat towel if needed

    • Mat if you prefer, but not necessary as we have mats available for use.

  • For all classes please ensure you are at least 5-10mins early. There will be a 1-2 minute grace period.

    Any late comers will be unable to join the class as they disrupt the experience of other community members. If you are late you will forfeit the class and be considered a No Show.

    Empty reformers at the start of class will be given to our waitlisted clients or happy walk-ins. Please always check in with the instructor at the beginning of every class to ensure your name has been ticked off the attendance list. You dont want an incorrect late fee.

  • Our 4 hour cancellation policy is in place to ensure all members have a fair chance to attend their chosen classes.

    You can cancel your classes the same way you booked in for them.

    We do not accept cancellations via text, phone, social media or email.

    Cancellations made more than 4 hours before class will keep their class and not incur a fee.

    Late cancellations made less than 4 hours before class will forfeit the class.

    No shows and absences will forfeit the class.

    Being late is considered a No Show as is a Late Cancel 30 minutes before class.

    This cancellation window applies to all Intro Passes.

    UNLIMITED MEMBERS
    Yoga, Mat & Barre Classes

    • No shows will incur a $10 fee

    • Late cancels will incur a $5

    • Fees will be charged to the card on file approximately 48 hours after the class.

    • If the fee is unable to be charged on two occasions your account will appear with a balance owing

    • All accounts with balances owing will be suspended from booking until the balance has been paid.

    UNLIMITED MEMBERS
    Reformer Pilates Classes

    • No shows will incur a $15 fee

    • Late cancels will incur a $10

    • Indi Members will get one fee waived per calendar month.

    • Fees will be charged to the card on file approximately 48 hours after the class.

    • If the fee is unable to be charged on two occasions your account will appear with a balance owing - all accounts with balances owing will be suspended from booking until the balance has been paid.

  • We completely understand that everyone runs late from time to time (including ourselves!), but out of respect for our other students, we need to start classes on time.

    If you are more than 1-2 minutes late for your class, you will most likely find the teacher has locked the door and/or already started class.

    In the instance of a late arrival you are considered a No Show as per our Terms & Conditions.

  • If the class you had your eye on is full, add your name to the waitlist. Lots of movement happens and you most likely will get into the class.

    You will receive an email or text (depending on your preferences indicated when creating your account). If you are on the waitlist and make it into the class, we assume you are coming.

    You can be added from the waitlist up until 2 hours before the start of class. The 4 hour cancellation window applies to waitlisted spots too. So if you can no longer make it to class please cancel your waitlist.

  • If there is something your instructor needs to know about you or your body please let them know before your class. They will put a note on your account, only to be accessed by Indigo Soul staff, to ensure they offer appropriate options or modifications during class.

    If you have been given any specific medical or specialist advice regarding your practice please let us know. We respect your privacy and want to ensure you get the most out of your practice.

    • All membership holders are eligible for 4 weeks of pause/ hold per calendar year.

    • Pause or holds can be made for a minimum of 1 week and must be within your weekly cycle.

    • Complete the form here with 5 days notice for all pause/ hold requests.

    • Additional hold periods will be granted for medical reasons with supporting evidence.

    • Expiry dates of packs are unable to be extended, unless in the event of a medical reason with supporting evidence.

  • All memberships have a four month lock in period, where no cancellations are eligible. Memberships can be cancelled anytime from your following cycle.

    Complete this form here with at least 7 days notice. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for our Termination Policy.

  • If your pregnancy is not complicated you can join any of our classes. Our teachers are equipped to provide support and alternatives for you.

    If you are returning postpartum please ensure you have had the all clear from your doctor. We advise all women to listen to their bodies and seek medical advice before engaging in exercise.

  • While we aim to accommodate all abilities, no classes are specifically designed for rehabilitation. If you have a serious injury, please get clearance from your healthcare practitioner before returning to regular class.

    We have an in-house Chiropractor who provides free 15 minute injury assessments to assist our instructors to keep you moving in the best way possible.

    Once you have clearance, please let the instructor know of any injuries so they can provide you alternatives or cautions throughout the class and notes can be added to your profile.

APPOINTMENTS

    • To get familiar with the studio and Infrared Sauna, meet your practitioner and complete any documentation, please plan to arrive 10 minutes early to your first class.

    • Please ensure your mobile phone is turned to silent to ensure it doesn't interrupt your session or anyone else's in clinic.

    • Please remove make up, if possible, before your Infrared Sauna session.

    • Please ensure you are free from strong perfumes for your Infrared Sauna session, this is for your benefit (detoxing and all) and those who will use the sauna after you.

    • Please ensure all relevant paperwork is complete and you have thoroughly read all waivers.

    • If you are unwell please do not attend your session.

    • Stay hydrated both before and after either your Infrared Sauna session or Remedial Massage.

    • Towels will be provided for your sessions.

  • Loose fitting clothes - there is nothing worse than trying to get back into tight leggings after you have just sweated it out.

    Once you're in the Infrared Sauna you have the option to use the button up towel provided or just wear underwear/ bikini.

    • Water bottle to stay nice and hydrated.

    • Towel if you prefer to use your own.

    • Book, magazine or puzzle, anything that can help you relax and not scroll on your phone.

  • We have a 24 hour cancellation window on all massage and infrared sauna appointments. This is to ensure it is fair for others wanting to book and that we value the time of our practitioners.

    You can cancel your appointments the same way you booked in for them. We do not accept cancellations via text, phone, social media or email.

    Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your appointment will not incur a fee. Late cancellations made less than 24 hours before class will incur the following fees:

    • Infrared Saun - $15 fee

    • Massage - 50% of the price of the service booked.

    • No shows and absences will incur the following fees:

    • Infrared Sauna - $30 fee

    • Massage - full fee equivalent to the total cost of the service booked.

    If you are late your session will not be extended past the original scheduled finish time. This cancellation window applies to all pass Infrared Sauna pass holders including Intro Passes.

  • Packs cannot be transferred to another person or shared. No extensions to expiry dates, unless due to medical reasons with supporting evidence.
